Hessian fabric is a medium weight, even weave jute with little or no burls. The width makes it perfect for smaller and medium projects and is ideal in all your country and primitive crafting. Cut from the roll by the metre, this hessian fabric measures approximately 20cm wide (excluding stitched and frayed edge) - lengths longer than 1 metre will be cut as a single piece.
Roclon natural quilter's calico fabric is a warm, light tan colour with some natural flecks. Measures approx. 45" wide (114cm) and is hand cut straight from the bolt in 1 metre lengths (continuous if you order more than 1 metre).
