We also offer payment by BACs (Bank Transfer) and you can select this option during checkout. Instructions on how to pay for your order by BACs are contained in your order confirmation email. The information provided below relates purely to card transaction security.

Card Payments

Security of payment card data is crucial in the online world. The standard used is the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is a joint venture between Visa and Mastercard, and is supported by all banks. Compliance is compulsory for all merchants who accept card payments. We do not store or even see your card details.

What this means for you: We chose Actinic Payments/Credit Call to handle our card processing and this is the most flexible payment method we offer. Changes to your order can be made quickly and easily and your payment is not processed until your order is ready for despatch.

Paypal

To become a Verified Paypal merchant, additional evidence of identity and key security checks must be completed to pass the PayPal Verification process. You do not need a Paypal account to use Paypal and you can use it as a normal payment processor. If you are a registered Paypal user, you don't need your card to hand when paying for your order, or you can pay from any Paypal balance you have. We do not store or even see your card details.

What this means for you: Paypal is very popular, but is the least flexible payment method as Paypal "closes" the transaction when you complete your order. Changes to your order cannot be made once the order is placed so please bear this in mind.
