• When starting from the Home Page:

   

  • Just click on the "Go Shopping" link which takes you straight to the on-line shop

• When starting from the On-Line Shop:

   

  • Click on any of the section picture headings in the main window; or
  • Click any of the sections link on the left hand navigation menu

• Adding items to your shopping basket:

   

  • All pages have a "one click ordering" facility - select the quantity of any item you require against the product then scroll to the bottom of the page to add all products in one click.

  After each product (or batch of products) has been selected, a screen will follow which confirms your selection and you will then be returned to the page you were viewing.

• Changing items in your basket:

   

  • To review (and make changes) to what's in your shopping basket at any time, click on the "View Basket" button on the row of navigation buttons at the top of each shop page
  • From here you can change quantities or delete products.  Click "update" to make those changes, then click to continue browsing or proceed to check out
  • A running total of how much you've spent is displayed at the top of each page you view.

• Proceeding through check-out (ALL payment methods):

   

  • You can check out at any time by clicking the "Check Out" button on the row of navigation buttons at the top of each shop page
  • The contents of your shopping basket are displayed
  • You will be asked for your contact details.  PLEASE NOTE: Delays to your order will occur if you do not give correct details.
  • You can choose to opt-in to our Mailing List by clicking the box.
  • You can click on the "Remember Me" box to save your details so that you don't have to type these in each time you visit.

• Proceeding to payment:

• Click the drop down menu and select your desired method of payment.

• It is important that the address you give is the one registered for the card you are going to use for payment. We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any order that does not comply with this requirement or where there is any doubt as to the validity of the card.

• Click on the "Next" button and an on screen receipt will be displayed - PLEASE PRINT THIS FOR YOUR RECORDS.

• Provided you have given a correct email address, you will receive an order confirmation email showing that your order has been received and listing what you would like to purchase.

For your security, DO NOT send credit card details by e-mail. DO NOT send cash through the post (recorded/special delivery does not cover you!)  We will not be responsible for any losses you may incur if you chose to attempt payment by these methods. 

• ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM: 

• We ship to UK, EIRE, BFPO and mainland Europe ONLY.  We do not ship outside these areas and any order placed outside these areas will be deleted.
• Please ensure you are aware of and happy with the exchange rate for your domestic currency.  You can get this information by visiting www.xe.com.  Your card company will convert the GB sterling amount into your domestic currency which will show on your card statement.  Exchange rate fluctuations may occur between you checking the rate and your card company converting the sterling amount for which we cannot be held liable.
• You are responsible for any import duties or taxes levied at the point of delivery.
• Additional security information may be required for international orders.

Provided you accept these terms place your order as follows:

• Shop as normal and when you get to the check-out fill in your State or Area and Country in the "County" box.  Fill in your zip or area code in the "Post Code" box.
• If you are outside the European Union (EU) and are exempt from VAT (sales tax) this will be deducted from your order total when we come to process the payment.
